FORESIGHT WEST SURVEYING, INC.

Foresight West Surveying, Inc. (FWS) is a Denver based company providing Professional Land Surveying Services.  Foresight West was incorporated in 1984 by John W. Christy, PLS.  FWS currently holds licenses in the States of Colorado, California, Nevada, Utah, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arizona and has one primary office location in Denver.  Our staff includes two registered Professional Land Surveyors and a total of eleven full time survey personnel.  Throughout most of Foresight West’s thirty-three years of operation it has maintained a staff level of between five and twelve full time surveyors.  Our current staffing level allows us the flexibility to perform at a high level of production while still maintaining an optimum quality assurance and review process.  We have established strict guidelines for field and office procedures that have continuity yet have evolved alongside the rapid progression of survey equipment and technology.  Our surveying personnel are supported by the latest survey technology including Static/RTK GPS receivers, robotic total stations and 3D scanners, allowing greater flexibility in responding to the demanding schedules of our clients.  Foresight West believes communication is often the key to any project whether it be the location of a few monitor wells or a full time on-site presence for a major development project.  We make it a point at Foresight West to respond promptly to our clients’ requests and needs.  Foresight West has the benefit of highly experienced surveyors with many completed projects behind them whom can offer invaluable insight into any project great or small.
